How did we forget about this? Back in the early days of WoW, when South Park was still making fun of slash advertising for World of Warcraft, there was a joke to compare the game to Hello Kitty: Island Adventure, a MMORPG that never actually existed outside of that one South Park episode.

However one feature that perceptive fans of the series have noticed is the very interesting "glorbo" feature that South Park showed in the game. While on on-screen for a few seconds, die-hard MMORPG theorists have wondered: Why not glorbo? In other words, why can't glorbo be added to a real MMO? Well, Blizzard has finally done it, all these years later.

Before you get excited, glorbo-enablement is rolling out slowly. Very slowly. At present date, only one of our editors has a glorbo-enabled account (imagine one person playing the game, while twenty or so more look over their shoulder with resplendent wonderment in their eyes).

According to an insider source, there are some technical challenges adding glorbo to the game, but they're committed to bringing it to every player eventually, when it's done.
